For this blog I took 5 pictures and then merged them into a panoramic picture using Photoshop's function Photomerge. This picture was taken after a concert on temple square. The buildings in the photo are the Salt Lake Tabernacle and the Assembly hall. In photoshop i also increased the saturation and the levels.

  1. David, I really love the colors in your panoramic. Also, the wide angle that you created by rotating from a single point gives the image a very cool feel. I think it would be nice if there was still some kind of focal point in the panoramic. There is a lot of cool things in the shot but there doesn't seem to be anything that really grabs my eye. Also, the bottom of the image has a lot of color and contrast, but the top (the sky and the buildings) are really washed out, maybe it was just cloudy that day. Either way, maybe add a little blue to the sky next time.

  2. I really love the angle on the panoramic! Such an interesting view. Very interesting with the barn shot, too. I love the angle on it as well as the red to green contrast. I also like how you made the plant pop out, it really gives it more attention.
