About this Blog:
For this blog I took pictures and then used Photoshop to cut out part or all of the background. The egg was one that was colored for Easter. It is supposed to look like Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. The second photo was taken at Porter park and then I used the quick select tool to cut out the top of the picture leaving the subject and the lower part intact.
Your cutouts are very clever and unique. You certainly were very creative as you thought about this assignment. I love the simplicity of your shots. The egg is so simple and yet very telling or your personality. I also really like that your half cutout is from behind and not from the front. We see to many frontal pictures and yet you did something different. Very clever. The sharpness of the egg is great. Finally, the shutter speed your used for your two cutout pictures was very appropriate. Very nice work.
